The first Grand Conference of the Institut Courtois 2025, will be held at Université de Montréal  (2900 Bd Édouard-Montpetit, Montreal) on October 15th and 16th, 2025.

This event will feature presentations by renowned international experts on light-matter interactions for materials discovery. We are honored to welcome Prof Anne L’Huillier, laureate of the 2023 Nobel Prize in Physics, as our keynote speaker. Her talk, entitled The world of atoms at the attosecond time scale, will offer a unique insight into her groundbreaking research in attosecond science.
